These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the SOALI online store.

SOALI is operated by Maison Nadya, a business registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42027852 and VAT ID NL005440875B29.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, sizes and materials as accurately as possible.

Because silk is a natural material and colours may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur.

Product availability is subject to stock.

Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required.

Any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer law.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Products
